Ingredients
400 gms paneer cut in cubes
1 onion cut in cubes
2 tomatoes (no pulp) cut in cubes
1 capsicum cut in cubes
Toothpick
Salt
Red chili powder
Dry mango powder
6 tbsp besan
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
Procedure
For Paneer
Sprinkle salt, red chili powder and dry mango powder on paneer and keep it aside for 10-15 mins
For Batter
Take a mixing bowl and add besan
Add spices and mix well
Add water to medium consistency
For shooters
Take toothpick, add onion cube, paneer cube, capsicum and tomato cubes
Continue with rest
Dip the toothpick in the batter and deep fry it
For Serving
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with sauce or chutney
