Paneer Shooter


Ingredients


  1. 400 gms paneer cut in cubes

  2. 1 onion cut in cubes

  3. 2 tomatoes (no pulp) cut in cubes

  4. 1 capsicum cut in cubes

  5. Toothpick

  6. Salt

  7. Red chili powder

  8. Dry mango powder

  9. 6 tbsp besan

  10. 1 tsp salt

  11. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  12. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  13. Pinch of asafoetida (hing)


Procedure

For Paneer

  1. Sprinkle salt, red chili powder and dry mango powder on paneer and keep it aside for 10-15 mins


For Batter

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add besan

  2. Add spices and mix well

  3. Add water to medium consistency


For shooters

  1. Take toothpick, add onion cube, paneer cube, capsicum and tomato cubes

  2. Continue with rest

  3. Dip the toothpick in the batter and deep fry it


For Serving

Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with sauce or chutney
