Paneer Quesadilla

(Serves 5)





Ingredients


  1. 500 gms paneer chopped

  2. 1/2 yellow bell pepper finely sliced

  3. 1/2 red bell pepper finely sliced

  4. 1 onion finely sliced

  5. 2 carrots finely sliced

  6. 1 tsp Chaat masala

  7. 1 tsp Salt

  8. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  10. 1 tbsp. kasuri methi

  11. 2 tbsp thick curd

  12. 2 tbsp cream

  13. Oil

  14. Wheat dough

  15. Cheese slice

  16. Mayonnaise




Procedure




For Paneer marination

  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add curd, cream, spices and mix well.

  3. Add paneer cubes and mix well.

  4. Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.

  5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté marinated paneer and kasuri methi.

  6. Let it cook till the marination gets coated with paneer.


For Chapatti


  1. Take normal aata dough.

  2. Make small balls

  3. Roll it flat ( little bigger in size).

  4. Take griddle and apply oil for greasing.

  5. Keep the roti on griddle and cook from both sides.

  6. Apply oil for greasing, if required.

  7. Keep these chapattis aside in a casserole.


For Paneer Quesadilla


  1. Take a chapatti.

  2. Use pizza cutter and cut it in 1/4 part.

  3. Apply Mayonnaise in 1/2 chappati and add paneer in 1/4 chapatti.

  4. In 1/4 chapatti add cheese slice.

  5. Add veggies in other two.

  6. Start folding it together as shown in the video.

  7. Heat the griller and keep it for grilling.


For Serving

Serve Paneer Quesadilla with sauce of your choice and enjoy!!
