Paneer Onion Sandwich

(Serves 2-3)






Ingredients


  1. 1 medium onion chopped

  2. 1-2 green chilies

  3. 400 gms paneer crumpled

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1 tsp red chili powder

  6. Iceberg Lettuce

  7. Coriander Chutney

  8. Bread


Procedure

  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add crumpled paneer, chopped onions and green chilies.

  3. Add salt and red chili powder.

  4. Spread 4 bread slices on a plate.

  5. Spread the coriander chutney on 2 slices.

  6. Add iceberg lettuce on coriander chutney.

  7. Now add the prepared paneer and cover it with other slice.

  8. Now Grill it.


For Serving

Cut the sandwich in two parts and serve it with tomato ketchup.. Enjoy !!
