Paneer Corn Sandwich

(Serves 2)







Ingredients


  1. 1 onion finely chopped

  2. 1/2 bowl corns

  3. 200 gms paneer crumpled

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1 tsp red chili powder

  6. 1 tsp oregano

  7. 1 tbsp oil

  8. Bread


Procedure






  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add chopped onions and toss it for 2-3 mins.

  3. Add corns and mix well.

  4. Cook for 4-5 mins on low flame.

  5. Add cottage cheese and mix well.

  6. Cook for 4-5 mins on low flame.

  7. Add oregano, red chili powder and salt.

  8. Mix well and keep it aside.

  9. Take bread slices.

  10. Now add the prepared stuffing and cover it with other slice.

  11. Now Grill it.


For Serving

Cut the sandwich in two parts and serve it with tomato ketchup.. Enjoy !!
