Paneer Bhurji Sandwich

(Serves 2-3)





Ingredients


  1. 1 big onion sliced or chopped

  2. 4-5 medium size tomatoes finely chopped

  3. 1-2 green chilies

  4. 400 gms paneer crumpled

  5. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  9. 1 tsp coriander powder

  10. 1 tbsp mustard oil

  11. Coriander Chutney

  12. Bread


Procedure





For Paneer ki Bhurji

  1. Take a pan and heat oil.

  2. Add onions and chilies and cook well till it changes color.

  3. Cover it with a lid and cook on low flame.

  4. Add grated ginger and mix well.

  5. Toss it for a min or two.

  6. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 mins.

  7. Add spices and mix well .

  8. After 1-2 mins add paneer and mix well the ingredients.

  9. Cook till it absorbs the excess water on low flame.

For Sandwich

  1. Spread 4 bread slices on a plate.

  2. Spread the coriander chutney on 2 slices.

  3. Now add the prepared paneer bhurji and cover it with other slice.

  4. Now Grill it.


For Serving
