(Serves 2-3)
Ingredients
1 big onion sliced or chopped
4-5 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
1-2 green chilies
400 gms paneer crumpled
1 tbsp grated ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp mustard oil
Coriander Chutney

For Paneer ki Bhurji
Take a pan and heat oil.
Add onions and chilies and cook well till it changes color.
Cover it with a lid and cook on low flame.
Add grated ginger and mix well.
Toss it for a min or two.
Add tomatoes and cook for 10 mins.
Add spices and mix well .
After 1-2 mins add paneer and mix well the ingredients.
Cook till it absorbs the excess water on low flame.
For Sandwich
Spread 4 bread slices on a plate.
Spread the coriander chutney on 2 slices.
Now add the prepared paneer bhurji and cover it with other slice.
Now Grill it.
For Serving
