Palak Paneer Paratha

(Serves 4)




Ingredients


  1. 1.5 cup chopped spinach

  2. 100 gms paneer mashed

  3. 2-3 green chilies

  4. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  5. Salt to taste

  6. 2 tsp red chili powder

  7. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  8. Oil/ ghee for greasing



Procedure



For Filling


  1. Take a mixing bowl, add chopped spinach, paneer and green chilies.

  2. Add spices and mix well.

  3. Add grated ginger and mix well.

  4. Keep aside the filling.


For Paratha


  1. Make 1 medium size balls.

  2. And roll it little bit.

  3. Fill it with spinach filling.

  4. Bind it together (follow the step as in video).

  5. Dust wheat flour and roll it flat.

  6. Meanwhile, heat griddle.

  7. Grease griddle with oil and put the stuffed roti on it.

  8. Cook from both the sides and keep greasing with oil for making paratha crisp.


For Serving

Serve hot Palak Paneer Paratha with butter and curd.

NOTE : Add salt when you are ready to make paratha, else it will release water.
