Ingredients
1 kg palak (boiled)
400 gms paneer (cut in cubes)
4-5 tomatoes (roughly chopped)
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp asafetida
1.5 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Procedure
For Boiling
Add palak in pressure cooker and add water.
Cover it with lid and give 2 whistles and switch off the flame.
Let it cool and keep it aside.
Drain the excess water and keep it aside.
For Palak Paneer
Take a grinder, add tomatoes, green chilies and palak, grind it to smooth paste.
Add the paste in cooker and boil it.
If required, add water for the palak gravy.
Take a pan separately, add ghee.
Add cumin seeds, let it crackle.
Add grated ginger and asafetida and cook for a min.
Add spices and mix well.
Add tadka in palak gravy and mix well.
Add paneer cubes and cook for 5-7 mins on low medium flame.
For Serving
Garnish palak paneer with fresh cream and serve with phulka / rice and enjoy

Add chopped garlic (7-8 garlic cloves) in tadka with ginger and enjoy garlic flavor too.
