Palak Pakoda

(Serves 4-5)




Ingredients


  1. 500gms spinach (chopped and washed)

  2. 3-4 green chilies finely chopped

  3. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  4. 4-5 tbsp besan

  5. Salt to taste

  6. 1 tsp red chili powder

  7. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  8. Pinch of asafetida

  9. 1-1.5 tsp ajwain

  10. Oil for frying


Procedure






  1. Take a mixing bowl

  2. And all the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Heat oil for frying.

  4. Make small balls and add that in hot oil..

  5. Stir gently in between.

  6. Once the Pakoda are golden brown in color, take it out.


For Serving

Serve hot Palak Pakoda with fresh coriander chutney / tomato sauce and tea
