Ingredients
2 cup boiled chickpeas
200 gm spinach (washed, boiled and blended)
7-8 tomatoes roughly chopped
2-3 green chilies roughly chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp anardana
1 tbsp oil
Procedure
Blend tomatoes and chilies together
Heat oil in a pan and add grated ginger
Add tomato paste and cook well for 8-10 mins
Add spices except anar dana and cook for a min or two
Add blended spinach and cook for 5 mins
Add chickpeas and cook well till thick consistency
Add anardana and cook for 2-3 mins
Check the spices and add what needed as per the taste
For Serving
Garnish palak chole with green chilies and serve hot with poori
