Palak Chole

Ingredients


  1. 2 cup boiled chickpeas

  2. 200 gm spinach (washed, boiled and blended)

  3. 7-8 tomatoes roughly chopped

  4. 2-3 green chilies roughly chopped

  5. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  9. 1 tsp coriander powder

  10. 1 tbsp anardana

  11. 1 tbsp oil



Procedure

  1. Blend tomatoes and chilies together

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add grated ginger

  3. Add tomato paste and cook well for 8-10 mins

  4. Add spices except anar dana and cook for a min or two

  5. Add blended spinach and cook for 5 mins

  6. Add chickpeas and cook well till thick consistency

  7. Add anardana and cook for 2-3 mins

  8. Check the spices and add what needed as per the taste


For Serving


Garnish palak chole with green chilies and serve hot with poori
