No Fry Chili Paneer

(Serves 2-3)





Ingredients



  1. 500 gms paneer cut in cube

  2. 1 big onion chopped in cube

  3. 1 capsicum chopped in cube

  4. 4-5 green chilies finely chopped

  5. 6-7 garlic cloves chopped

  6. 1 tbsp olive oil

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  9. 1 tbsp green chili sauce

  10. 2-3 tbsp vinegar

  11. Seasoning (optional)

  12. 1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)


Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add chopped garlic and green chilies, toss for a min.

  3. Add onions and sauté well for 3-4 mins.

  4. Add capsicum and mix well.

  5. Cook it for 3-4 mins.

  6. Add salt and sauces, mix well.

  7. Add paneer cubes and mix well for a min or two.


For Serving

Garnish the dry chili paneer with spring onions or seasoning and Serve hot with fried rice or noddles. Try out our Chinese section for more recipes.
