Mushroom Do Pyaaza

Serves 2






Ingredients


  1. 200 gms Mushrooms chopped in cube

  2. 1 onion cut in cubes

  3. 1 small onion paste

  4. 2 tomatoes paste

  5. 1 tsp grated ginger

  6. 1 tsp grated garlic

  7. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  8. 1 tsp salt

  9. 1 tsp red chili powder

  10. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  11. 1 tsp coriander powder

  12. 1 tsp garam masala

  13. 1 tbsp fresh cream

  14. 2 tbsp mustard oil


Procedure





  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add grated ginger, garlic and chopped green chilies, toss well for 2-3 mins.

  3. Add onion paste and mix well.

  4. Let it cook for 5-8 mins on low medium flame.

  5. Add tomato paste and mix well.

  6. Let it cook for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.

  7. Add spices and mix well.

  8. Add onion cubes and mix well.

  9. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well.

  10. Add mushrooms and mix well.

  11. Add cream and mix well.

  12. Cover it with a lid, and cook for 15-20 mins on low flame.


For Serving

Serve hot Mushroom Do Pyaaza with curd and chapati and enjoy!!
