Ingredients
200 gms Mushrooms chopped in cube
1 onion cut in cubes
1 small onion paste
2 tomatoes paste
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure

Heat oil in a pan.
Add grated ginger, garlic and chopped green chilies, toss well for 2-3 mins.
Add onion paste and mix well.
Let it cook for 5-8 mins on low medium flame.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Let it cook for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.
Add spices and mix well.
Add onion cubes and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
Add mushrooms and mix well.
Add cream and mix well.
Cover it with a lid, and cook for 15-20 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Serve hot Mushroom Do Pyaaza with curd and chapati and enjoy!!
