Mushroom Bruschetta

(Serves 2)











Ingredients


  1. 400 gms mushrooms finely chopped

  2. 1 onion finely chopped

  3. 8-10 garlic cloves chopped

  4. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  5. Salt as per taste

  6. 1 tsp oregano

  7. 1 tsp chili flakes

  8. 1 tbsp oil

  9. Bruschetta Bread or Bread of your choice

For Stuffing

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add garlic cloves and toss for a min or two.

  3. Add onions and mix well.

  4. Cook till it changes color.

  5. Add mushrooms and mix well.

  6. Cook further for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.

  7. Add oregano, chili flakes and salt.

  8. Mix well.

  9. Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.

  10. Your stuffing is ready, keep it aside.


For Air Fryer Bruschetta

  1. Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins at 180 degrees.

  2. Put 2 bread slices in the air fryer basket and set it for 5 more mins.

  3. Your breads are nicely toasted, take it out.

  4. Add Mushroom stuffing and cut it diagonally.





For Serving


Serve your Mushroom Bruschetta with sauce and your favorite drink... Enjoy!!
