Ingredients
2/3 cup Moong Dhuli Dal / Yellow Split Moong (soaked for 4-5 hours)
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Eno
Bread of your choice
Oil for greasing
2 tbsp water
Procedure

For Moong Dal Paste/Batter
Wash the dal nicely and soak it for 4-5 hours.
Drain the water.
Add chilies to dal and grind it to smooth paste.
Add water only if required.
Keep the Paste/Batter aside.
For Moong Dal Toast
Take a mixing bowl, add Moong dal paste.
Add spices and mix well.
Add onions and capsicum and mix well.
Pre heat the griddle and cook the bread from both the sides.
Take a portion of formed batter and add 1/2 tsp eno and mix well.
Add 1.5 tbsp of batter and spread evenly on bread.
Grease the griddle and cook from both the sides on low medium flame.
Repeat the step with remaining batter/paste.
For Serving
