Mooli ki Sabji

(Serves 2)










Ingredients


  1. 2 Reddish grated

  2. 2-3 tomatoes finely chopped

  3. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  4. Senda Namak to taste

  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds

  6. 1 tsp red chili powder

  7. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

  8. 1-2 tbsp oil


Procedure







  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add cumin seeds and toss for a min or two.

  3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies.

  4. Cook well for 7-8 mins or till soft on low medium flame.

  5. Add spices and mix well.

  6. Add grated reddish and mix well.

  7. Add 1/2 cup water and cover it with lid.

  8. Cook well for 10-12 mins on low flame.





For Serving
