Ingredients
2 Reddish grated
2-3 tomatoes finely chopped
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
Senda Namak to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1-2 tbsp oil
Procedure

Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and toss for a min or two.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies.
Cook well for 7-8 mins or till soft on low medium flame.
Add spices and mix well.
Add grated reddish and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water and cover it with lid.
Cook well for 10-12 mins on low flame.
For Serving
