Mirchi Pakoda



Ingredients


For Mirchi

  1. 9-10 green chilies

  2. For filling

  3. Salt to taste

  4. 1/2 tsp Red chili powder

  5. 1 tsp Dry mango powder

  6. 1 tsp sauf

  7. 1 tsp coriander powder


For Batter

  1. 3-4 tbsp besan

  2. Salt to taste

  3. 1 tsp red chili powder

  4. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  5. Pinch of asafetida

  6. Pinch of soda

  7. Water as required


Procedure

  1. Slice the green chilies

  2. Mix the spices together

  3. Stuff the spices in chilies

For Batter

  1. Take a mixing bowl

  2. And the ingredients and make a smooth batter

For Fritters

  1. Dip the chilies in besan batter

  2. Add it in oil for frying



For Serving

Sprinkle the chaat masala and enjoy the mirchi fritters with chutney or even with lunch or dinner.
