Ingredients
250 gms fenugreek leaves (methi leaves, washed)
1 tbsp grated ginger
2-3 green chilies
Pinch of hing
2 tsp oil and rest for frying
2 tsp Salt
2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
Water (optional)

For Dough
Add methi leaves, ginger and green chilies in grinder.
Grind it to smooth paste.
Take a big mixing bowl.
Add wheat flour, methi/fenugreek paste, salt, carom seeds and oil.
Mix all the above ingredients.
As required, add water and knead it in a dough.
Add some oil and knead it again.
Keep it aside with damp cloth or a lid.
For Methi Poori
Make small balls of the dough.
Roll it with rolling pin.
Deep fry it on medium high flame.
For Serving
Serve hot Methi Poori with your favorite curry!! Enjoy!!
