Ingredients
1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves (methi) (washed)
1/2 cup peas
1 onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes paste
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp grated garlic
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 + 1 tbsp olive oil
Procedure

Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions and green chilies.
Mix well on low medium flame.
Cover it with the lid and let it cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Add garlic and ginger.
Mix well.
Cover it with the lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins on low flame.
Remove the lid and mix again.
Now add the prepared tomato paste and mix well.
Let it cook for 10-15 mins on low flame.
Meanwhile, Take another pan and add 1 tbsp oil.
Add chopped fenugreek leaves (methi) and cook well for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Add peas and mix well.
Let it cook for 10-15 mins on low flame.
Switch off the flame and keep it aside.
Now add spices to tomato paste and mix well.
Cook further for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Now add prepared fenugreek leaves and peas.
Mix well.
Add cream and mix well.
Cover it with the lid and let it cook further for 10 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Serve hot Methi Matar Malai with chapati and enjoy!!
