Ingredients
1 kg methi leaves (cut and washed)
2 potato (cut in cubes)
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
2-3 tbsp oil
Procedure
Take a big kadai and add oil.
Heat oil and add methi leaves.
Roast nicely the methi leaves on medium low flame.
Keep stiring in between.
One’s it is done after almost 12-13 mins, keep it aside.
Add potatoes and cook them.
Add methi leaves and spices, mix well.
For Serving (serves- 4)
Serve hot aloo methi with phulka and white butter on top and enjoy!!
