Ingredients
Maggi of your choice
1 onion finely sliced
1/2 capsicum finely sliced
1/4 cabbage finely sliced
10-12 small paneer cubes
1-2 green chilies
Seasoning
White vinegar
Green chili sauce
Tomato sauce
1 tsp oil
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and sauté for a min or two.
Add capsicums and cook for 3-4 mins.
Add cabbage and mix well.
Cook for 6-7 mins.
Add maggi masala, seasoning and mix well.
Add paneer cubes and sauces.
Mix all ingredients.
Add 3/4 cup water and crushed maggi.
Cook for 10mins or till maggi is cooked
Serving (Serves-2)
Garnish it with seasoning and serve hot masala maggi with your favorite drink.
