Meri Walli Masala Maggi







Ingredients


  1. Maggi of your choice

  2. 1 onion finely sliced

  3. 1/2 capsicum finely sliced

  4. 1/4 cabbage finely sliced

  5. 10-12 small paneer cubes

  6. 1-2 green chilies

  7. Seasoning

  8. White vinegar

  9. Green chili sauce

  10. Tomato sauce

  11. 1 tsp oil



Procedure


  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add onions and sauté for a min or two.

  3. Add capsicums and cook for 3-4 mins.

  4. Add cabbage and mix well.

  5. Cook for 6-7 mins.

  6. Add maggi masala, seasoning and mix well.

  7. Add paneer cubes and sauces.

  8. Mix all ingredients.

  9. Add 3/4 cup water and crushed maggi.

  10. Cook for 10mins or till maggi is cooked


Serving (Serves-2)

Garnish it with seasoning and serve hot masala maggi with your favorite drink.
