Ingredients
1-2 inch ginger cut into pieces
5-6 medium size tomatoes chopped
2 green chilli
2 red chilli
1 tea spoon refined oil
Add 1-2 cardamom
Add 1 tej pata
Add 2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon red chilli
1 tea spoon dhaniya powder
1 tea spoon amchur
Add 1-1/4 cup drained out peas
500gm paneer cut into cubes
Procedure (For Gravy)
Add tomatoes, green and red chillis and ginger. Grind well into smooth paste.
Add 1 tea spoon oil
Add cardamom and tej patta
Add tomato puree
Saute well for 5-7 mins
Add salt, red chilli, dhaniya powder and amchur and mix well
Add peas
Mix well the ingredients for 2-3 mins
Add paneer
Cover the cooker with lid and after 1 whistle put the stove on low flame
After 2 mins turn off the flame
For Garnishing
Serve it in a bowl and sprinkle kasuri methi or fresh coriander
