Masaledar Makhane

(Serves 4)





Ingredients


  1. Fox Nuts / Makhane (big bowl)

  2. 1.5 tsp black pepper

  3. 1.5 tsp senda namak (salt)

  4. 2 tbsp ghee

Procedure




  1. Take a pan and add ghee in a pan.

  2. Add salt and pepper.

  3. Add makhane and mix well.

  4. Stir it on low medium flame.

  5. Keep stirring for 10-15 mins on low flame.

  6. Switch of the flame.



For Serving
