Ingredients
1 small onion finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
1 tsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp oil
Pav Bun
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup water
Coriander leaves
Procedure

Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and toss for a min or two.
Let it cook for 7-8mins on low medium flame.
Add capsicum and tomatoes.
Mix well the ingredients.
Add pav bhaji masala, schezwan sauce.
Mix again.
Add water and mix well.
Add salt and mix well.
Cook for 5-7 mins on low medium flame.
In the same pan, add butter and coriander leaves.
Add sliced buns and cook.
Nicely spread it on butter.
Flip it and gently press it.
Spread the prepared masala in the bun and cover it.
For Serving
