Ingredients
Wheat dough
Ghee
Salt
Red chili powder
Ajwain
Dry mint leaves
Procedure
Make medium size balls of the dough
Take one ball and dust wheat
Roll it bit and apply ghee
Sprinkle salt, ajwain, red chili powder and dry mint leaves
Roll it in cylindrical shape
Coil it together to make it a ball again
Roll it flat
Heat a griddle and grease it
Add rolled paranthi and cooked it with both the sides
For Serving
Serve hot masala parantha with butter/ curd/pickle and enjoy
