Masala Macaroni

Ingredients


  1. 400 gms boiled macroni

  2. 1 onion finely sliced

  3. 2-3 green chilies diagonally cut

  4. 1-2 capsicum finely sliced

  5. 1 carrot finely sliced

  6. 2-3 tomatoes grated

  7. 1-2 tb spoon tomato sauce

  8. 1 tb spoon vinegar

  9. 1-2 tb spoon green chili sauce

  10. Salt to taste

  11. 1 tea spoon dry mango powder

  12. 1 tea spoon red chili powder

  13. Seasoning (optional)

  14. Grated cheese for garnishing


Procedure



  1. Take a big kadai, add water to boiling.

  2. Add 1 tea spoon salt and 1 tea spoon olive oil.

  3. Once it start boiling add macaroni. Let it boil for 5-7 mins and drain water.

  4. Take a kadai, heat oil

  5. Add onions and green chili and saute well till golden brown.

  6. Add carrots and sauté well.

  7. Add capsicum and mix well all the veggies and cook well.

  8. Add all the spices and macaroni as well. Add grinded tomato paste.

  9. Add tomato sauce, vinegar and green chili sauce.

  10. Mix well all the ingredients and cover it with a lid and on low flame cook well for 10 mins


For Serving


Garnish it with grated cheese and serve hot.
