Ingredients
10-12 idlies cut in 4 parts
4-5 green chilies slit jn between
1 tbsp mustard seeds
7-9 curry leaves
1 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Procedure
Take a kadai and heat oil
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute for a min
Add green chiles and mix well
Add idlies and spices and mix well
Sprinkle some water
Cover it with a lid on low medium flame for 5-7 mins
For Serving
Serve masala idli with chutney
