Masala Idli



Ingredients


  1. 10-12 idlies cut in 4 parts

  2. 4-5 green chilies slit jn between

  3. 1 tbsp mustard seeds

  4. 7-9 curry leaves

  5. 1 tbsp mustard oil

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Procedure


  1. Take a kadai and heat oil

  2. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute for a min

  3. Add green chiles and mix well

  4. Add idlies and spices and mix well

  5. Sprinkle some water

  6. Cover it with a lid on low medium flame for 5-7 mins


For Serving


Serve masala idli with chutney
