Ingredients
4-5 potatoes evenly sliced
Senda namak as per taste
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon dry mango powder
Procedure - Air fryer (healthy Way)
Take a sauce pan and boil water.
Add 1 tea spoon salt in it
Add sliced potatoes and boil for 3-4 mins
Drain out the excess water
Sprinkle salt and red chili on potatoes and mix well
Air fryer it for 20-25 mins and brush some oil to the potatoes
Shake the fries in between
For Serving
Sprinkle dry mango powder and serve hot.
Procedure - Deep frying
No need to boil potatoes
Wash them nicely and drain out the excess water.
Heat oil for frying in a kadai
Add potatoes and fry it on medium flame
For Serving
Sprinkle salt, red chili powder and dry mango powder and serve hot
