Masala Fries

Ingredients


  1. 4-5 potatoes evenly sliced

  2. Senda namak as per taste

  3. 1 tea spoon red chili powder

  4. 1 tea spoon dry mango powder


Procedure - Air fryer (healthy Way)


  1. Take a sauce pan and boil water.

  2. Add 1 tea spoon salt in it

  3. Add sliced potatoes and boil for 3-4 mins

  4. Drain out the excess water

  5. Sprinkle salt and red chili on potatoes and mix well

  6. Air fryer it for 20-25 mins and brush some oil to the potatoes

  7. Shake the fries in between


For Serving

Sprinkle dry mango powder and serve hot.


Procedure - Deep frying


  1. No need to boil potatoes

  2. Wash them nicely and drain out the excess water.

  3. Heat oil for frying in a kadai

  4. Add potatoes and fry it on medium flame


For Serving

Sprinkle salt, red chili powder and dry mango powder and serve hot
