Ingredients
1 big bowl boiled chickpeas
2 onions finely chopped
2-3 tomatoes finely chopped
2-3 green chilies roughly chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp garlic chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1-2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tbsp oil
1 cup water
fresh coriander for garnishing
Procedure

Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin and carom seeds.
Add grated ginger and chopped garlic.
Toss it for a min or two.
Add green chilies.
Toss it well for 2-3 mins on low flame.
Add chopped onions and mix well.
Cover it with lid and Cook well till it changes color on low medium flame.
Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water and Cover it with lid ad Cook well till it turns mushy or soft.
Add spices and mix well.
Add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
Add water and mix again.
Cover it with lid and cook well for 10-15 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Garnish your Masala Chole with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with your favorite bread... Enjoy!!
