Masala Bhindi

Ingredients


  1. 500 gms okra chopped (1 inches)

  2. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped

  3. Salt to taste

  4. 1 tsp red chili powder

  5. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  6. 2 tbsp mustard oil



Procedure





  1. Take a kadai and heat oil.

  2. Add okra and green chilies and mix well on medium high flame for 10-15 mins.

  3. Do not cover it with lid.

  4. Add spices and mix well.

  5. Let it cook for 10-15 mins on low flame.


For Serving

Serve hot okra with chapatti.
