Ingredients
1 tomato finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
Schezwan sauce
Bread
For Masala
5-6 boiled potatoes
1 big onion sliced
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
2-3 red chilies in pieces
1 tea spoon grated ginger
1/2 tea spoon hing
1 tb spoon sarso
1-1.5 tb spoon mustard oil
Curry leaves
1 tb spoon chana dal
1 tea spoon moong dal
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon dry mango powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
Procedure
For Masala
Take a pan,to heat oil
Add mustard seeds, once start crackling add curry leave, red chilies, both the dal and hing.
Stir well for 2-3 mins.
Add grated ginger and after a min add sliced onions and green chili.
Mix well all the ingredients.
Lower the flame, add mashed potatoes and all the spices. Switch off the gas and mix well.
For Sandwich
Take 2 bread slices and spread schezwan sauce on it.
On other bread slice spread Masala aloo.
Add chopped onions and tomatoes and cover it with the first bread slice.
Grill it and enjoy
For Serving
Cut diagonally and garnish with nylon sev and serve hot with tomato sauce
