Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower cut
4-5 small potato (sliced with width 2 inches)
4-5 tomatoes (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp grated ginger
3-4 green chilies (roughly chopped)
Salt to taste
1.5 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1.5 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp mustard oil

For Frying Cauliflower and Potatoes
Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins on 180 degrees.
Add sliced potatoes, brush some oil and fry them for 8-9 mins or more if required, keep aside the air fried potatoes.
Add cauliflower, brush some oil and fry them for 8-9 mins or more if required, keep aside the air fried cauliflower.
For Gravy
Take a pan and heat oil.
Add grated ginger and cook for a mins on low medium flame.
Take a grinder, add tomatoes and green chilies, grind it to smooth paste.
Add the paste in the pan and cook well the tomato paste for 7-8 mins on low medium flame.
Add spices, mix well And cook for 6-7 mins.
Add fried cauliflower and potatoes, mix well.
Bring a boil, add kasuri methi.
Cover for 2-3 mins.
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander or kasuri methi and serve hot.
