Mango Shirkhand

(Serves 2)






Ingredients


  1. 1 cup Mango puree

  2. 400 gms curd for hung curd

  3. Seeds of your choice for garnishing

  4. Mango small cubes for garnishing

  5. Powdered Sugar (optional)



Procedure




  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add hung curd and powdered sugar (optional), whisk it well.

  3. Add Mango Puree and whisk again.

  4. Transfer it in a Serving Bowl.


For Serving

Garnish it with Seeds and Mango Cubes... Serve it Cold and Enjoy!!
