Mango Ice Cream

(Serves 6)




Ingredients


  1. 3 Mangoes of your choice (chopped)

  2. 3/4 Milk made

  3. 1 tsp vanilla essence

  4. 1 cup cream

  5. Chopped almonds and cashews for garnishing



Procedure




  1. Add chopped mango, cream, milk made and vanilla essence in grinder and grind it to smooth paste.

  2. Take aluminum container, add the mango puree and tap well for smooth texture.

  3. Cover well with cling foil.

  4. Store it in refrigerator for over night.


For Serving

Garnish Mango Ice Cream with chopped almonds and cashews. Beat the Summer Heat and Enjoy the Season of Mango!!
