Mango Bread Rasmalai

(Serves 6)





Ingredients


  1. 1 cup Mango puree

  2. 1 liter milk

  3. 1/4 cup dry fruits chopped (almonds and pistachios)

  4. 4-5 strands of saffron

  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder

  6. 6 white bread slices



Procedure






  1. Take a heavy pan and boil the milk.

  2. Simmer it and add half dry fruits.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Add saffron and mix well.

  5. Cook well for 15-20 mins on low flame.

  6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

  7. Further cook till it is half in quantity.

  8. Switch off the flame, let it cool.

  9. Add mango pure and mix well.

  10. Meanwhile, take bread slices, cut it it round shape with the help of a bowl.

  11. Discard the extra bread. ( you can prepare the bread crumbs out of it)

  12. Take a serving bowl, pour 4-5 big spoon mango milk, add bread, and pour the mango milk again.


For Serving

Garnish Mango Bread Rasmalai with chopped dry fruits and serve it cold. Beat the Summer Heat and Enjoy the Season of Mango!!
