Ingredients
1 onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 cucumber finely chopped
2 tbsp cream
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
Tomato sauce
Bread
Procedure
For Filling
Take a mixing bowl and add veggies
Add cream and mix well
Add spices and mix well
For Sandwich
Take 2 bread slices
Spread tomato sauce on one slice
Spread filling on it and cover it
Grill on high for 5-6 mins or you can even cook it on griddle.
For Serving
Cut the sandwich in two parts, serve with sauce and lays
