Malai Pyaaz ki Sabji

(Serve 2)

Ingredients
2-3 onion sliced
1-2 green chilies sliced
1 cup cream
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp asafetida
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
2 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Take a pan and heat oil.
Add cumins and let it crackle for a min or two.
Add onions and green chilies, give it a nice mix.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 6-8 mins on low medium flame.
Remove the lid, give it a nice mix.
Add salt, asafetida and turmeric powder.
Mix it well and cover it and cook further for 2-3 mins on low medium flame.
Remove the lid and give it a nice mix.
Add red chili powder and dry mango powder, give it a nice mix.
Cover it and cook for a min or two.
On low flame, add cream and give it a nice mix.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 5-7 mins on low flame.
Add garam masala and fenugreek leaves, mix it well.
Let it cook for 2-3 mins on low medium flame.
For Serving
Garnish it with Sliced ginger and fresh coriander and serve hot with Roti.. Enjoy
