(Serves 2)
Ingredients
1 onion sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
2-3 green chillies
1 tea spoon grated ginger
1 packet mushroom
1-2 tb spoon malai(cream)
1 tb spoon olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon red chilli
1/2 dry mango powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
Procedure
Heat oil and add ginger. Sauté it for a min
Add onions and sauté it till golden brown
Add tomatoes and cover it with a lid for 3-5 mins
Add all the spices and mix well
Add cream and mushrooms and cover it with lid for 10-15 mins on low flame
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot
