Malai Mushroom

(Serves 2)



Ingredients


  1. 1 onion sliced

  2. 2 tomatoes chopped

  3. 2-3 green chillies

  4. 1 tea spoon grated ginger

  5. 1 packet mushroom

  6. 1-2 tb spoon malai(cream)

  7. 1 tb spoon olive oil

  8. Salt to taste

  9. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli

  10. 1/2 dry mango powder

  11. 1 tea spoon coriander powder


Procedure





  1. Heat oil and add ginger. Sauté it for a min

  2. Add onions and sauté it till golden brown

  3. Add tomatoes and cover it with a lid for 3-5 mins

  4. Add all the spices and mix well

  5. Add cream and mushrooms and cover it with lid for 10-15 mins on low flame


For Serving


  1. Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot


Ishri’s Kitchen Tip

You can also add cashew powder for rich gravy.
