Ingredients
250 gms chaal (boiled and cut in 2 inches)
1/2 cup hung curd
2-3 tbsp fresh cream
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp tandoori chicken masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Procedure
For Marination
Take a mixing bowl, add hung curd, cream, ginger garlic paste and spices (except salt else it will loose its texture) mix well.
Add chaap and mix well.
Keep it aside for min 1 hour.
For Malai Chaap
Take BBQ sticks and pin the chaap in that.
And cook the malai chaap on the griller/BBQ.
Keep rotating (so that chaap is not over cooked).
For Serving
Sprinkle chaat masala, some lemon juice and enjoy your Malai Chaap with onion rings and fresh coriander chutney.
