Makhana Bhel

(Serves 2)






Ingredients


  1. Fox Nuts / Makhane (big bowl)

  2. 2 tbsp ghee

  3. 1 onion finely chopped

  4. 1-2 small tomatoes finely chopped

  5. 1-2 green chili/es

  6. 2 tsp coriander chutney

  7. 1-2 tsp tomato ketchup

  8. 1 tsp chaat masala

  9. 1 lemon

  10. Neylon Sev for garnishing

Procedure





  1. Take a pan and add ghee in a pan.

  2. Add makhane and mix well.

  3. Stir it on low medium flame.

  4. Keep stirring for 10-15 mins on low flame.

  5. Switch of the flame and let it cool.

  6. Take a mixing bowl.

  7. Add foxnuts.

  8. Add chopped onions and green chilies.

  9. Add chopped tomatoes.

  10. Squeeze a lemon.

  11. Add coriander chutney, tomato ketchup.

  12. Sprinkle chaat masala.

  13. Mix well the ingredients.



For Serving

Garnish it with Neylon Sev and serve it.. Enjoy!!
