Lehsun ki Sabji

(Serves 2)








Ingredients


  1. 2 onions finely chopped

  2. 4 tomatoes (Puree form)

  3. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 15-20 garlic cloves

  5. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  6. 2 tbsp oil

  7. Salt as per taste

  8. 1 tsp cumin

  9. 1 tsp red chili powder

  10. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  11. 1 tsp coriander powder

  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  13. 1 tsp garam masala

  14. kasuri methi for garnishing


Procedure










  1. Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan.

  2. Add garlic cloves and stir fry (golden brown color) them.

  3. Keep the garlic aside.

  4. Add 1 tbsp oil.

  5. Add cumin, let it crackle.

  6. Add onions. green chilies and toss well.

  7. Cover it and cook till it changes color.

  8. Stir in between.

  9. Add ginger and mix well.

  10. Cook further for a min or two.

  11. Add tomato puree and mix well.

  12. Add spices and mix well.

  13. Cover it and Cook well for 12-15 mins on low medium flame.

  14. Add stir fry garlic and mix well.




For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander/ kasuri methi and serve!!
