Kuttu ke Chilla

(Serves 2)








Ingredients


  1. 1 cup Buckwheat (Kuttu ka aata)

  2. 2-3 green chilies chopped

  3. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  4. Salt to taste (Senda Namak)

  5. 1 tsp red chili powder

  6. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  7. Oil/ghee for greasing


Procedure







  1. Take a mixing bowl and add buckwheat.

  2. Add green chilies and grated ginger.

  3. Add spices and mix well.

  4. Add water as required for thin batter.

  5. Heat non stick pan and grease with oil.

  6. Add 1 big spoon of batter and spread it evenly.

  7. Add little oil and let it cook from one side on high medium flame.

  8. Flip it and let it cook from other side.

  9. Once cooked apply ghee and serve.


For Serving

Serve hot Buckwheat/ Kuttu ka Chilla with Navratri Special Sabji or coriander chutney. Enjoy!!
