Kuttu Fritters

Ingredients


  1. 4-5 sliced potatoes

  2. 3 tb spoon kuttu ka aata (buckwheat flour)

  3. 1 tea spoon Senda namak

  4. 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder



Procedure:


For Batter


  1. Take a bowl

  2. Add kuttu ka aata, salt and red chili powder

  3. Add water and wisk to thick consistency


For Pakode


  1. Take sliced potatoes in a bowl and add 1 tea spoon senda namak and 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder.

  2. Mix well and keep it aside for 10 mins


For deep frying


Take sliced potatoes one by one, dip it in batter and deep fry fritters


For Serving

Serve these fritters hot with fresh curd
