Ingredients
1 big bowl boiled kidney beans (Rajma)
1 big onion finely chopped
1 big onion finely slices for garnishing
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1 lemon
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
2-3 tbsp coriander chutney
2 tbsp olive oil
Procedure
Take a big mixing bowl.
Add boiled kidney beans (rajma) and chopped veggies, mix well.
Add tomato sauce, coriander chutney and oil, mix well.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
For Serving
Garnish the Kidney Beans Salad with slices onions and lemon and enjoy the healthy breakfast.
