Khasta Namak Pare

Ingredients


  1. 500gm maida (all purpose flour)

  2. 2 tea spoon salt

  3. 2 tea spoon ajwain

  4. 1/4 cup refined oil

  5. (1/2 -1 cup)Warm water


Procedure







Procedure for Air Fried Namak Pare


  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead it to tight dough.

  2. Cover it with damp cloth and keep it aside for 10-15 mins

  3. Make medium size balls and Roll it till flat.

  4. Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins at 160 degrees.

  5. Cut it diagonally.

  6. Add diagonally cut dough in air fryer basket.

  7. Set it for 30 mins.

  8. Shake it in between.

  9. Serve it with Teal.



Procedure for Fried Namak Pare



1. Mix all the ingredients and knead it to tight dough.

2. Cover it with damp cloth and keep it aside for 10-15 mins

3. Make medium size balls and Roll it till flat.

4. Cut it diagonally and deep fry it on medium low flame till it turns slightly golden.

5. Serve it with tea
