Ingredients
200 gm paneer chopped
2-3 green chilies roughly chopped
1 inch ginger roughly chopped
1 big onion sliced
Half cabbage sliced
2 small capsicum sliced
Chaat masala
Black pepper
Salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp thick curd
Tomato sauce
Green chili sauce
Oil
Lemon
Procedure
For Paneer marination (optional)
Take a mixing bowl and add paneer
Add curd, grinded green chili and ginger, red chili powder, turmeric powde and mix well.
Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
Add salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté marinated paneer
NOTE- You can also use paneer without marination.
For Onion Filling
Take a mixing bowl
Add sliced onion
Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp red chili powder
Mix well and keep it aside
For Cabbage & Capsicum Filling
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Add veggies and cook for a min or two
Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper and mix well and keep it aside
For Rolls
Take normal aata dough
Make small balls
Roll it flat ( little bigger in size)
Take griddle and apply oil for greasing
Keep the roti on griddle and cook from both sides
Apply oil for greasing, if required
Keep these chapattis aside in a casserole
Take a chapatti
Apply 1 tsp tomato sauce and chili sauce
Add onions, cabbage, capsicum and paneer
Sprinkle chaat masala, black salt and black pepper
Squeeze lemon and roll it
For Serving
Serve rolls with sauce of your choice
