Kale Chane

(Serves 5-6)







Ingredients


  1. 2 cups overnight soaked kale chane/black chicpeas (boiled)

  2. 1 tb spoon cumin seeds

  3. Salt to taste

  4. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder

  5. 2 tea spoon dry mango powder

  6. 2 tb spoon olive oil


Procedure






  1. Take a kadai and heat oil.

  2. Add cumin seeds.

  3. Add all the spices.

  4. Mix it well.

  5. Add boiled chickpeas 2 big spoon water.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Add boiled black chickpeas along with water.

  8. Mix well.

  9. Let it cook on medium flame for 25-30 mins or till water is absorbed.

  10. Keep Stirring in between.


For Serving


Serve Kale Chane hot with puri and enjoy your Ashtami or Navmi pooja.
