Ingredients
400 gms paneer (cut in strips)
2 tomatoes without pulp (cut in strips)
2-3 tomatoes paste
1 capsicum (cut in strips)
2 tbsp cream/ malai
1/2 cup milk (optional)
Chopped garlic
Grated ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Salt as per taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Dry mango powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp grated Ginger
1 green chilli
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger and garlic
Add tomato paste and cook well, till it changes colour
Add spices and mix well
Add milk or water and cook well for 5-7 mins
Add cream and stir well
Add veggies (onion, tomato and capsicum) and mix well
Add sliced paneer and cover it for 10-15 mins on low flame
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve with tandoori roti/ naan/ roti. Check our breads section for more amazing recipe.
