Kadai Paneer


Ingredients


  1. 400 gms paneer (cut in strips)

  2. 2 tomatoes without pulp (cut in strips)

  3. 2-3 tomatoes paste

  4. 1 capsicum (cut in strips)

  5. 2 tbsp cream/ malai

  6. 1/2 cup milk (optional)

  7. Chopped garlic

  8. Grated ginger

  9. 1 tbsp oil

  10. 1 tsp Salt as per taste

  11. 1 tsp Red chili powder

  12. 1 tsp Dry mango powder

  13. 1 tsp Coriander powder

  14. 1 tsp Garam masala

  15. 1 tsp grated Ginger

  16. 1 green chilli


Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger and garlic

  2. Add tomato paste and cook well, till it changes colour

  3. Add spices and mix well

  4. Add milk or water and cook well for 5-7 mins

  5. Add cream and stir well

  6. Add veggies (onion, tomato and capsicum) and mix well

  7. Add sliced paneer and cover it for 10-15 mins on low flame


For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve with tandoori roti/ naan/ roti. Check our breads section for more amazing recipe.
