Ingredients
1 pack of mushrooms cut in half
1 tomato without pulp (cut in strips)
1 onion sliced
2-3 tomatoes paste
1 capsicum (cut in strips)
2 tbsp cream/ malai
1/2 cup milk (optional)
Chopped garlic
Grated ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Salt as per taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Dry mango powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
Procedure

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic, toss for a min or two.
Add tomato paste and cook well, till it changes color.
Add spices and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup milk or water and cook well for 5-7 mins.
Add cream and stir well.
Add veggies (onion, tomato and capsicum) and mix well.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 7-8 mins.
Add mushrooms and cover it for 10-15 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve with tandoori roti/ naan/ roti. Check our breads section for more amazing recipe.
