Kadai Baby Corn

(Serves 2)





Ingredients


  1. 200 gms baby corns (slit in 2 parts)

  2. 2-3 tomatoes paste

  3. 1 onion finely sliced

  4. 1-2 green chili chopped

  5. 1 capsicum (chopped in cubes)

  6. 2 tbsp cream/ malai

  7. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  8. 1 tbsp oil

  9. 1 tsp Salt as per taste

  10. 1 tsp Red chili powder

  11. 1 tsp Dry mango powder

  12. 1 tsp Garam masala



Procedure





  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add onions and green chilies.

  3. Cover it and cook well till it changes color.

  4. Add grated ginger and mix well.

  5. Cover it for 2-3 mins on low flame.

  6. Add tomato paste and cover it with a lid, bring it to boil.

  7. Add spices and mix well.

  8. Cook well for 4-5 mins on low medium flame.

  9. Add chopped capsicum and baby corns, mix well.

  10. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 mins.

  11. Add cream and stir well.

  12. Cover it for 10-15 mins on low flame.


For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve with tandoori roti/ naan/ roti. Check our breads section for more amazing recipe. Enjoy!!
