Ingredients
200 gms baby corns (slit in 2 parts)
2-3 tomatoes paste
1 onion finely sliced
1-2 green chili chopped
1 capsicum (chopped in cubes)
2 tbsp cream/ malai
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Salt as per taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Dry mango powder
1 tsp Garam masala
Procedure

Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and green chilies.
Cover it and cook well till it changes color.
Add grated ginger and mix well.
Cover it for 2-3 mins on low flame.
Add tomato paste and cover it with a lid, bring it to boil.
Add spices and mix well.
Cook well for 4-5 mins on low medium flame.
Add chopped capsicum and baby corns, mix well.
Cover it with lid and cook for 5 mins.
Add cream and stir well.
Cover it for 10-15 mins on low flame.
For Serving
