Ingredients
5 big potatoes (cut finger like)
1 green chili finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
Pinch of asafetida
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin and let it crackle
Add potatoes and mix well
Cook it for 15-16 mins on medium low flame
(If potatoes are not cooked, cover it with lid and cook for 5-7 more mins)
Add spices and mix well
Cook for 7-8 more mins
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot with phulka.
