Idli Fry


Ingredients


  1. Leftover idli cut in cubes

  2. 1 big onion finely chopped

  3. 1 capsicum finely chopped (optional)

  4. 1-2 green chilies diagonally cut

  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  6. 1 tbsp olive oil

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp pepper

  9. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  10. 1 tbsp green chili sauce

  11. 2-3 tbsp vinegar

  12. Seasoning (optional)

  13. 1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)


Procedure

  1. Hot oil in a pan

  2. Add ginger and garlic paste and green chili and stir fry for a min

  3. Add onions and sauté well for 3-4 mins

  4. Add capsicum and mix well (optional)

  5. Cook it for 3-4 mins

  6. Add salt, pepper, and sauces and mix well

  7. Add leftover idli and mix well for a min or two


For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander/ seasoning/ spring onions and serve hot
