Ingredients
Leftover idli cut in cubes
1 big onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped (optional)
1-2 green chilies diagonally cut
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp green chili sauce
2-3 tbsp vinegar
Seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)
Procedure
Hot oil in a pan
Add ginger and garlic paste and green chili and stir fry for a min
Add onions and sauté well for 3-4 mins
Add capsicum and mix well (optional)
Cook it for 3-4 mins
Add salt, pepper, and sauces and mix well
Add leftover idli and mix well for a min or two
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander/ seasoning/ spring onions and serve hot
